    Students will be graded, as a group, according to the rubric below:

Part II - Individual/Group: Life Cycle of a Star

Individually complete compare/contrast of human and star life cycles - graded separately
Group completes HR diagram activity - graded on completion of graph and accuracy of answers
Group identifies the types of stars, assigns same to members who identify characteristics about the general star type or a specific star of that type
Group designs and makes a poster (or equivalent) showing the life cycles of ordinary stars and massive stars
